New Year’s Eve at l’abeille
Whether you’re joining us early to have a fulfilling meal before counting down elsewhere, or joining us later in the evening to count down with chef Mitsu and the team - we have prepared a special New Year’s Eve menu with some of the best classic dishes for the occasion.
Guest favorites such as the white truffle "TKG” risotto make a come back, as well as decadent pleasures like butter poached lobster in a creamy bisque sauce and charcoal-grilled Wagyu beef with a deep black truffle sauce will be served on this special evening.
The wine pairing will be similarly elevated, with prestige pours from Krug, Egon Müller, Yquem, and Cos d’Estournel available. Guests joining us for the Gala seating will also enjoy a New Year’s toast with a glass of Krug champagne!
